The pantomime season starts early in Coventry. From 15 to 18 November Stagecraft is performing its annual pantomime in our large hall. We have very strong links with Stagecraft which uses our premises for rehearsals and singing lessons.
This year’s production has been written by Margaret Barker who is one of our elders at Foleshill Road United Reform Church. Original songs have been written by Steve Duncan especially for the production.
Stagecraft has a faithful band of supporters and we are confident that fun will be had by all those who attend this traditional family pantomime. There will be the usual opportunities to cheer for the hero and boo and hiss the baddies and join in some boisterous singing for the traditional audience participation song. And we anticipate, with just a bit of anxiety, that Widow Twanky will select some unsuspecting member of the audience for a special opportunity to share the limelight.
Drinks and confectionery are available and you will be able to test your luck by buying tickets for a fundraising raffle with numerous prizes.
Performances are on Wednesday 15th November to Saturday 18th November at 7.30pm. There will be a Matinee Show on Saturday 18th November at 2.30pm
